Exclusive: PTI’s stance over Tahir-ul-Qadri’s politics has been confusing and till now PTI was bobbing between whether to support him or not. Sources said the two parties, which are apparently on the same page as regards the issue of reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan, also weighting the options to enter an electoral alliance. Then, finally when PTI took the plunge, it was against the wishes of its majority workers. In the end, PTI joined Tahir-ul-Qadri, claiming that since both parties , PAT (Pakistan Awami Tehreek) and PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf), had the same demands seat adjustment or an alliance is possible.
This step made Talat Hussain (a pro-PTI journalist) so dejected that he tweeted against PTI and termed it’s shame for PTI.

Now it seems that it may be a setup, since newspapers mentioned earlier that Qadri will be the source of an alliance between MQM and PTI. You never know what is going to happen next in politics.
