Hussain Haqqani joined PML-N after the Zia-era by character assassination of the Bhutto family. He later joined PPP through a very interesting decision. He married the sister of a PPP female leader and then became a part of PPP.
As for Mansoor Ijaz, it is no secret that he is a member of Qadiani community and is counted among the people who have reach to both US and Israeli intelligence agencies. He also enjoys the position of being regarded as a part of US and world establishment. He also own a large business empire in US.
