Gilani sought help of Britain against Army takeover

Islamabad: Estranged relations with the Pakistan Army led Premier Yousuf Raza Gilani to seek the help of Britain and for this he had met with British High Commissioner in Pakistan. The rapport of the civil government with Army was damaged by the infamous Memo Scandal in which the civil govt sought help of US diplomacy against Pakistan Army.
However, PM spokespersons refuted any such news.
