London: Memo-Gate Scandal's central character, Mansoor ijaz, was seen in a night club in London while he was drunk. According to a detailed account, Mansoor Ijaz visited a famous night club in London with his 3 Indian friends. He regularly ordered drinks at different intervals while he was in the club.
