Karachi: In the period of eight months, 25,000 fake arm licenses had been issued in the tenure of Karachi Commissioner, Roshan Shaikh.
Commissioner office received bribe 15,000 PKR per license from November, 2011 to July, 2012.
All licenses were issued to 9-MM pistol holders, and at this time 9-MM pistols are being used for target killings in Karachi.
Big fishes expelled the investigative committee to stop this investigation.
