Shiraz and Jawwad, two brothers kidnapped by Peoples Amn Committee gangster 'Mulla Nisaar' team from the Saddar. Police recovered brothers and found them in Lyari torture cell. According to the victims statement: Abdul Basit (Business Rival) arranged Lyari Gangsters (Mulla Nisaar Team) to abduct Shiraz and Jawad; asked arson 50 lacs. Victims stated: If police didn't come to save us at that time, Mulla Nisaar (Gangster of Amn Committee) would killed us.
