Have a look at the following receipt from a grocery store in DHA. A footnote clearly says that shaving items will not be sold unless made clear that they will not be used to shave off beards. In the receipt, it has been clearly written that shaving beard is a ‘sin’.
Keep this in mind that this is Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) - like tactic which Taliban used in Swat and Taliban put their own version of Islam on people’s free will.
PTI has also been a vocal supporter and defender of TTP and it seems like that the mindset is developing healthily under the areas where PTI holds sway.
