KARACHI: Strike is being observed across Sindh province on call by nationalists parties against the restoration of district governments in Sindh, SAMAA reported Saturday.
Violence that began late yesterday is still continued, as at least 14 vehicles have been torched in Karachi and Hyderabad.

Naushehro Feroz is witnessing complete strike with demos being organized for restoration of commissioner system. Enraged protesters set tires on fire and raised slogans. Also, all commercial centers are closed in Moro, Kandyaro, Mahrabpur, Padidan, Bhirya Road and Tharo Shah.
Various areas of Hyderabad are tense today, as a bus was torched on Miran Muhammed Shah Highway. Tires were set ablaze in protest in Naseemnagar.
Complete strike is in progress in Nawabshah with tension in various areas. Heavy contingents are patrolling roads in the city. Also, four nationalist activists involved in rioting have been arrested.
Business activities are suspended in various Sindh cities including Qari Ahmed, Dour, Saran and Daulatpur with no traffic on roads.
Demonstrations are being staged in Larkana as well where shops are closed. Ghotki is also buckling under complete shutter-down with string of demonstrations in progress. Police have arrested at least 12 people during raids in various areas.
The protest spell with demonstrations is currently underway in large and small cities including Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Thatta and Khairpur with heavy contingents of police present to cope with any untoward incident.
Meantime, six people have thus far been gunned down in different parts of the city with injuries to seven people.
Unidentified miscreants left two dead bodies in a car parked at Shah Nawaz Bhutto Chowk in Pak Colony and fled away.
In another incident of firing, miscreants shot dead two men in Nazimabad-2 who remained unidentified.
Moreover, a man was killed and four others injured as miscreants hurled a hand grenade at a house in Nazimabad.
A mini-bus W11 was set ablaze in Kemari area of Nagina; resultantly, a passenger was burnt alive and 14 others sustained burns injuries.
Meanwhile, police have kicked off search operation in different areas of the city including Malir Halt, Safora Goth, Gulistan-e-Johr, Nazimabad and Sachal.
