During the interrogation led by special investigation unit of Sindh Police notorious criminal and target killer of ANP ‘Ayaz Khan Aka Atif’ has revealed that in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi ANP is working jointly with PAC for land grabbing, extortion, dacoities, rioting and involve in pin point killing of opponents, specifically of those workers and sympathizers of MQM were our blue eyed targets.
To execute these heinous crimes 3 gang of well trained and heavily armed criminals were established led by Liaquat Bangash Aka “Tension”, former ward-president of the ANP in Gulistan-e-Jauhar (on June 16, 2012 Liaquat died after he jumped from the fourth floor of a building in an attempt to escape arrest during a raid conducted by the Rangers in Rabia City, Gulistan-e-Jauhar). These Gangs are operating from Gulistan-e-Johar, Dalmia Shanti Nagar and Safora Goth. In the starting months of 2009, gang initiated to forcefully captured flats plots and properties from Pehlwan Goth to Johar Chowrangi and established a NO-GO area for MQM’s workers and sympathizers, before his dead Liaquat Bangash was eyeing to extend his territory till Johar Mor, for which every now and then gang created chaos in the area but failed in taking control of the area. He further said gangs are patronizing the brothels & drug dens in Gulistan-E-Johar & collecting a handsome amount in terms of security in other words (extortion) on monthly basis. If Pimp any of those brothels disobeys to pay extortion money to ANP-PAC, gang kidnaps their prostitutes for ransom and collects 35 thousands to 1 lac Rupees for their release.
In 2010 Rabia City and Pehlwan Goth was in strong hold of ANP-PAC Gang, we got the information that three workers of MQM has arrived in Rabia City to meet their relatives, we abducted three of them and transported to gang’s torture cell in Pehlwan Goth, 3 mobile phones and 40 thousand rupees were produce from them, as per our plan we want to kill them, but to their fortune till then news of their abduction was spread till police, due to pressure from law enforcement we had to release all of them but before releasing they bear barbarically tortured, we threw their unconscious bodies near Johar Chowrangi.
In Jan 2011, ANP’s worker was killed in Sohrab Goth and party call for strike, our gang implemented a successful strike by forcefully shutting down all businesses in the area, we carried out intense aerial-firing and gave live threats to all the shopkeepers and business owner if they betray. Meanwhile a Suzuki Cultus came from Pehlwan Goth towards Rabia City we gesticulate to stop, we want to loot and torched that car but when driver didn’t stopped we opened aggressive firing on car, man died on the spot. Later that evening we found that car was owned and driven by Major (retd) Mudassir Iqbal Kashmiri, a retired officer of the army’s aviation wing, who was working as a pilot of the chief minister’s helicopter. After which police and rangers raided on Rabia City & Pehlwan Goth but our gangs already escaped to the safe heaven of Safoora, Shah Faisal & Dalmia for some time.
He further said, In April, 2011 I was travelling with Liaquat Bangash, Akram Mama, Rehmat Fouji in the area of Pehlwan Goth, when Akram Mama recognized a guy as a MQM’s worker sitting a Alto car near Shalimar Restaurant, immediately Bangash order to killed him, in a result of firing our prey died on the spot.
Khadim Sheedi is the gang member who made a wicked plan, he ditch MQM’s workers Shahid and others by calling them at his place, they gathered at venue. Where our gang members were already waiting for them, we abducted them tortured and killed, Liaquat Bangash was leading this mission.
Gangs Leaders and their Members:
After Liaquat Bangash’s dead currently these gangs are being run by Abdul Qadir Deo, Imtiaz Alias Kala, Akram Baloch Quetta wala, Asim Chota, Abdullah, Liaquat Khattak, Arshad Sawati, Saleem Sherwani alias Salay, Faizan alias Gorilla, Tahir Motta, Bashir Afridi, Khadim Sheedi, Hashim Khan, Saeed Khan, Ismail Alias Mama, Zakir Alias Lalay, Mullah Zakir’s Brother Farshi are gangs prominent members in Gulistan E Jauhar Gang.
Safoora Gang is led by Lyari’s PAC Afzal Kala, his gang members are Zahid Tidda, Waqas alias Rehmat Fouji, Rehan Jan Pathan, Jabbar Barfat, Ali, Kappi Baloch, Sharjeel alias Saji, Askari, Afzal, Asad, Ghulam Ali, Adnan, Imran Ganja, Tohid Barfaat and others. Safoora Gang’s Kappi Baloch is also a weapon dealer.
Dalmia Gang is led by Shah Mohajir, Qadir alias Gungan, Kashif alias Motta, Junaid Burger, Mehmood, Mansoor and others are part of it.
Fixed Monthly Extortion:
ANP’s target killed Ayaz Khan aka Atif disclosed that their gang has fixed monthly extortion with the hawkers, traders, builders, shopkeepers and other businessmen in their territory e.g. Rehan Jan 10,000/-, Imran Bookook 5,000/-, Builder Hanif Patel 10,000/-, Builder Asif Rado 10,000/- pays us on monthly basis, approximately we have also collected 8 lacs Rupees from Builder Asif, 14 lacs are excluded from it which we get in the name of Jashan e Khyber Pakhtoon Khuwa from Asif Builder.
On weekly basis From Thursday Market our gang collects 3,000 & 3,000 from the Rabia City’s market. Shell Petrol Pump located near Rabia City gives free fuel of Rs. 5000/- to the gang leader, and Rs. 200 for each gang member.
Weapons & Transportation:
ANP’s target killed Ayaz Khan Aka Atif once me Liaquat Bangash, Zahid Ustad, Abdullah & Mumtaz Fouji were transporting weapons (4 Kalashnikovs, TT Pistols including several rounds of bullets) to Phelwan Goth, near Phelwan Goth Roundabout Rangers asked us to stop but we retaliate in response and escape from the scene. Our Gulistan E Johar’s gang members (in which Mashoor Nawaz, Jameel Kashif, Saleem Denter, Tabish Alias Asif, Akram Baloch, Zahid Ustad, Sharam and Zahid Tindday) has snatched 3 Rifles from security persons near ASF Head Quarter, gang has snatched weapons from security guards as well.
How I became the gang’s member?:
Talking about himself ANP-PAC Target killer Ayaz Khan Aka Atif said; “I was born in 1986, my father belongs to Havellian, Abbotabad. After my father’s death we shifted to Pak Avenue, Block 19, Gulistan e Johar, I don’t have any interest in education but lust for money. So, I started working at very young age. In start worked at motor mechanic workshop, where I met Nadeem Ganja who was running a rent a car and bike business. Usually we repairs Nadeem’s vehicles. After friendship with Nadeem ganga worked as a middleman for him and refer rent a bike and car customers to his shop in return a get weekly 300/-.
One day Nadeem told me he is running a Dacoit group and in his group ANP and PAC’s professional criminals are the gang members, at that meeting he offered me to be part of his gang later which I accepted. We carried out series of dacoities but one day police nabbed me red handed, and I was sent to jail.
In jail I met ANP’s Target killer and Liaquat Bangash Guard Shahrukh, who offered me to be a part of ANP in return party will safeguard his interest, he also gave me contact number of Liaquat Bangash. I accepted this offer. After 3 months I got released on bail, then I met Liaquat and initially became his driver, gradually I won his trust and involved in other activities as well very first task the Bangash gave me to collect extortion from Kabaria (Junk Yard owner), job I accomplished but I had a fight on distribution of extortion money with Mir Azam alias Asad, Ajmal Tareen, Hanif and Razzaq. They were protesting that Junk Yard comes in their territory assigned by Liaquat so the extortion amount should be rewarded to them not me. During this outburst exchange of words I became so fierce that I took out my revolver a shot Mir Azam, Ajmal Tareen both died on spot and Hanif and Razzaq got injured. After which Bangash turn angry but Shahrukh interfered and settled down the case, as Liaquat Bangash wanted to control Johar he was searching for heinous members, I was involved with the gang in several activities like land grabbing, extortion, dacoities, rioting, rape and target killing, I was active member till the day police nabbed me.
