Karachi: Private media networks have disclosed the news that reports related law enforcement agencies of Lyari were being informed to Lyari gang-war operatives via wire-less operators of Sindh police.

In the report, it has been unleashed that under-cover agents of Lyari gang-war groups exist in the Sindh police. After the new developments, police has prepared new plan to tackle Lyari gangsters.

Karachi: The local newspaper of Lyari (Daily Josh) has revealed shocking reports about the criminal activities of the banned extremist organization, People’s Amn Committee.

Arrested SHO of Chakiwara, Javed Baloch, has revealed during the investigation session to the Intelligence agencies that notorious gangsters of Amn Committee, Shiraz Comrade had beheaded Arshad Pappu. He has further exposed that notorious Lyari gangster's chief Noor Muhammad aka Baba Ladla and MNA Shahjahan Baloch played ‘football’ with the head of Arshad Pappu, the rival group’s leader.

Javed also revealed shocking news that during snap-checking, he used to hand over youngsters of Mohajir community (Urdu Speakings) to PAC’s top leader Uzair Baloch after checking their identity card.

Zafar Baloch likely killed because of an internal rift in PAC

Famous news anchor, Muhammad Malick, revealed in his TV program (Malick at 8) that Zafar Baloch, a prominent leader of the banned People’s Amn Committee was killed due to an internal rift between key PAC leaders.

According to Malick, Noor Muhammad alias Baba Ladla, was second-in-command to Lyari’s infamous Abdul Rehman Dakait, but after Abdul Rehman’s death; Uzair Baloch soon promoted himself as the PAC leader using Baba Ladla.

Playing smartly, Uzair also kept Baba Ladla happy by not interfering in his gang-war and extortion activities. However, lately before escaping to Muscat, Uzair had stayed the night at Baba Ladla’s place but did not tell Baba that he was escaping Pakistan in the morning. What made things worse was the fact that Uzair did not even keep in touch with Baba after reaching Muscat and kept in touch with Zafar Baloch.

Baba resented this and in return met the most powerful person of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Sindh government in private. They decided among themselves that Baba would kill all the key PAC leaders and then the control of Lyari will be brought back to PPP as well as the extortion. It is to be remembered that 70% of the extortion money from Karachi goes to Lyari and whoever controls Lyari, controls that extortion money.

KARACHI: Rangers officials suspected that the gangwar groups of Baba Ladla and Jhengo are involved in the killing of two rangers operatives. Amn Committee big fishes’ groups tortured and killed rangers operatives to take revenge of Rasheed alias Rekha encounter.

The bodies of two Rangers personnel, bearing torture marks, were found from Mewa Shah Graveyard in Lyari.

Police said both personnel were severely tortured before being killed.

The victims belonged to the intelligence wing of Sindh Rangers and went missing since Wednesday while performing duty in Lyari.

During a targeted operation in different areas of Karachi, Rangers have discovered sophisticated weaponry,a hand grenade and a torture cell. Rangers found different tools of torturing the victims in the torture cell. Rangers have also arrested 26 men. 6 of them belonged to Baba Ladla Group, 8 belong to Nooro Chandio Group and and 12 belong to Saqib Boxer group. It is to be remembered, however,that they all are participants of Lyari Gang War and Nooro Chandio Group and Baba Ladla group are the  members of the banned People's Amn Committee.

Kidnapped man found from Lyari ‘torture cell’

Karachi: The Rangers claimed on Wednesday that they had unearthed a ‘torture cell’ in Lyari and recovered a kidnap victim from there and detained some people in different parts of Lyari.


The paramilitary troops moved in different parts of Lyari early on Wednesday morning and carried out siege and search operations.
They cordoned off some areas of Lyari and started a door-to-door operation in Saifi Lane and found a torture cell pointed out by a suspect detained earlier.
A Rangers spokesman said a kidnapped person was found in the torture cell.
The spokesman did not disclose information about the operators of the torture cell and identity of the kidnapped victim.
The Rangers also conducted search operations in Bihar Colony, Al-Falah Road, Bhitaiabad, Ali Mohammad Mohalla, Rangiwara, Koyla Godam and Baghdadi and detained several suspects.
Later they moved into other parts of the city including, Raheem Goth, Gulzar-i-Hijri, Kharadar, Gadap Town and Moosa Colony, and detained many people.
The Rangers spokesman said that more than a dozen persons were taken into custody during the raids in Lyari and other parts of the city but most of them were released after initial interrogation and only three suspects remained in Rangers’ custody.
He said at least 18 firearms, including Kalashnikovs, repeaters, over 500 bullets and narcotics, were also seized. He said the suspects were being questioned and later would be handed over to police.
