Challan filed against Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Vice President (Sindh) Ashraf Jabbar Qureshi in court, he grabbed 40 acres land in Thatta. Police did authenticity of this report. Despite of this complaint, Imran Khan (Self Assumed Prime Minister of Pakistan) didn't take any action against Ashraf Jabbar Qureshi.
Police declared Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Vice President (Sindh) Ashraf Jabbar Qureshi a wanted fugitive in case of land grabbing. Court issued arrest warrant against the PTI Leader. On 17 September 2008, PTI Vice President (Sindh) used the illegal power to grab the land of 40 acres in Thatta. Victim (Syed Mushtaq Ali) send complaint letter to PTI chief Imran Khan many times, but he didn't give any response. Imran Khan didn't take any action against his party Land grabbers.
