ISLAMABAD: The ANP Information Secretary, Zahid Khan said that for the last 15 years till Sunday public gathering in Karachi, the PTI Chairman, Imran Khan didn’t make it clear as what is his exact policy and specific programme.
In an interview with Online, he said that he is even confused about new Pakistan and nature of state.
The ANP leader said that according to Imran Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) wants a Pakistan of Quid-e-Azam. “But he doesn’t know that law minister of Quid’s administration was a non-Muslim. So the state of Quid-e-Azam was secular and not Islamic,” he added.
About enthusiasm and a large number of people’s participation in the public meeting of PTI, he said that for such an attractive programmes with musical instruments, masses go to enjoy and the participation does not prove that all the people in the ground were supporters of PTI and fans of Imran Khan.
Imran Khan is not clear on policies and programmes of his party. “Programmes and policy are formulated by a team of the party and people are unaware as what is his core team,” he further said.
He said that financial embezzlement is only one type of corruption and there are other types of corruption in which the people gathered around him are involved.
Zahid Khan said that Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri supported a dictator like Musharraf and asked as whether it is not a political corruption when someone conspires against democracy and supports dictatorship.
What type of revolution and change he wants is something confusing as he always states to end corruption but never explains how, he said.
He said that only dreams and claims are heard from the PTI platform but no practical step in this connection is seen.
He said that it was also noticed that the loyal people closed to Imran were pushed back and old faces known for years in the arena of politics were forwarded.
